Vinyl Banners

Our in stock banner rolls are made of 14 oz durable vinyl material with a smooth surface manufactured specifically for vinyl lettering.  Weather resistant for outdoor long term use.

Paper Banners

Vinyl coated wax paper with reversed-out lettering. Reccomended for temporary interior use only, such as birthdays, anniversaries, special events etc.

• Background limited to in stock vinyl
• Lettering will always be white (paper)
• Used best if mounted directly on walls or other flat services.
• Cannot get wet, or be exposed to humid conditions (will cause it to rip)

Finishing Styles for Custom Sewn Banners

Lap Seam

This sample shows how two pieces of material are seamed together.  The materials are overlapped, glued and double-stitchedfor added strength.  Recommended for large banners when the material is not wide enough

Standard Style 01

Double-folded and double-stitched hems with grommets and 1/4 inch polypropylene rope with 10 foot leaders. Recommended for indoor and outdoor use.

Premium Style 02

Doubleifolded and double-stitchedhems with reinforced corners, grommets and 1/4 inch polypropylene rope. Recommended for applications that require extra strength.

Webring Style 03

Single-folded and double-stitched hems with 8 foot webbing leaders.  Recommended for indoor or outdoor use.  Provides excellent lay-flat characteristics to ease the lettering process and allow for easy installation.

D-Ring with Webring Style 04

Double-folded and double-stitched with sewn webbing on all four sides, grommets and D-rings on all four corners.  Recommended for use with heavy materials.

Display Banner Style 05

Single-folded and single-stitched for a smooth lettering surface.  Includes grommets and Doubleifolded and double-stitchedhems with reinforced corners, grommets and 3/16 inch polypropylene rope. Recommended for indoor banners. Looks great with color matched thread.

Pole Pocket 07

Single-folded and single-stitched pole pocket with hidden grommets. Recommended for indoor free-hanging banners.

Boulevard Style 08

Double-folded and double-stitched with pole pockets at the top and bottom, and two grommets. Recommendd for street pole banners. Great for poly cotton.
