When an intricate letterstyle or logo is required or when the design requires multiple layers and colors then flat cut acrylic is the way to go.  The process starts with impact modified extruded acrylic in gauges up to 1/2" thick.  The color is through the entire letter rather than on the surface which assures no more unsightly scratches, chips, or blemishes.  Your artwork will be converted to an exact 3-dimensional acrylic replica.
